I have a year old surround sound and the DVD player is acting weird. When I turn it on it scrambles through all the light in the display area, looks like it is freaking out. When I turn it on it will not respond until I turn it off and on a few time, then the words are scrambled. I have to wait for the load word is cpmpletly spelled correcly before I load an cd. Any suggestions?

Any one have this issue or heard of it? Kenwood was stumped.
