Hello-
We have a few DVD players (one Hitachi, one Panasonic recorder, etc). So nice as we all agree. But if I'm in the middle of watching a recorded show on my VHS and I want to stop all I have to do is hit STOP and when I want to continue the next day I hit PLAY and it starts right where I left off. How do I get this exact feature on my DVD player? Who needs the aggravation of having to skip through to where you left off? Thanks in advance.

?? Most DVD players as long as you press stop just once, they will start off from where they left off. Even a day later, as long as you stick to "stand-by" and not cut the power to the player. |

Press stop, then power off, when you want to start watching again, just press play, not power on then play. |

On some you have to press play with the power off, if you press power on then play they will start at the beginning. No, that's not what you said. |
