I recently got 2 new commercially produced DVDs, and tried to play them on two different DVD players, a Sony and a Zenith that are both 3-4 years old. everything worked fine but there was no sound. Is there a format problem between old format DVD players and new DVD discs? Thanks for any help I can get. I am very technically challenged.
