I have an LG dvd with hdmi, when watching a movie it always seems to freeze and unfreeze whenever the hell it wants to, Im wondering what could be the causes of this, someone please help

A lot of problems like that are heat related. Don't have anything under or on top of it, or have it near any heat sources. It needs space to vent.
