Hi, Just trying to set up a 3500 via SD card. When I go into parental control, I can't get to the second PIN in order to enter the Cas system menu. I would appreciate any help as I've been searching for 3 hours now and can't come close to a fix.

Have you put the latest bin for the 3500 on your unit yet?
