Thread: Pansat 3500s setup problem |

I just got a Pansat 3500s and I think maybe I should've made my studies before buying a FTA pansat receiver. After reading in the forum (since I'm new at this) about FTA recievers I think I should have got a unit that most people don't have issues with.
I installed the software and I did get ECHO 8.6 but I tried to get ECHO 7 on another dish but no way could I get that satellite. I have 2 different dish and I can get ECHO 8.6 on both , no problem and the ECHO 7 is suppose to be real close to it but I get nothing. I tried with 2 dishes and also with the second LMB beside the first one but can't find the signal.
The thing I noticed is that I get channel 321 (echo 8.6) and under plus some ECHO 7 channels in the 800,700,600, weird!!!!
I want HBO but cant get the satellite for some reason.. any help will help  |

If U can't align the dish coorectly,or use the proper hardware,or follow simple setup instructions,then how do U expect to test and perform this hobby...U haven't even started and U're having problems..U have 2 choices:
1...READ
2...Give it up and subscribe
BTW...the 3500 is very simple....no issues other than pilot error who crash and burn before they even get in the cockpit!.. |

Why I am here is to learn and get positive comments/help.
What I don't need is comments like thill1951. being a computer technologist I CAN follow instructions and then some.....

QUALITY is at 82% but id I go to TP 22 and higher it goes to zero and the level at 56%

Align the dish correctly!...and maybe U have DP LNB's and don't need an exterior disque..need much more info!
Actually...get someone else to help U..I already don't like U!...must be a moron computer tech (have U learned what ram is yet?....LOL), if U can't setup a 2nd grade intelligence required, FTA receiver and roof dish! |
