Hello Folks,
I am having a problem with my unit "learning" the TV Guide. My previos cable box was digtal cable and sometimes it took 1 - 3 days for it to learn the TV Guide. I then upgraded to a HDTV Cable box and now I cannot get a TV GUide. I called Philips tech support and was told a HD cable box filters the TV Guide info. They said my option was to plug the wall cable directly into the box and run a slpitter to the cable box. This means I will not be able to access the upper channels from the Philips, which has great pause and playback of live TV. This makes no sense, anyone have any experience or comments?
