I wpuld like to know what dish and box to buy and what I can get with it.

And maybe a good dealer for US.

Also I read here that they are changing things so boxs bought now will not work?

You'll have to read and decide for yourself what type of receiver and dish you will want or need, alot of receivers have different features and work differently as well as the type of a dish you will need (ie FTA, DN, etc.)
