What does the term "Offset" Dish antenna mean?

Here is an ad description:

80cm (31.5" Large) KU Band Offset Dish Antenna
FORTEC STAR 80cm KU Band Offset Dish Antenna. Model FC080CM

I have seen dishes that do not have that term. Are those dishes that don't have "Offset" any different from the ones that do have it? If so, what is that difference?

Thanks,
David

There are offset and prime focus dishes, but you want offset. It just means the placement of the LNB's angle is offset from the centre of the dish. The offset dishes are used by Charlie,Bev and Dave. Prime focus (which you rarely even see now-a-days are used by C-Banders) has the LNB pointed directly at the centre of the dish.

Cool, Thanks Spanky. That makes perfect sense to me now.
