I have a Cools*t 4000 pro with a motorized dish. The motor is a HH990. Everytime I move the dish to another satellite it keeps returning to the zero position. Can anyone tell me if something has to be downloaded to make the thing work properly? On the system info scree the bottom line STB Copy is just a bunch of dashes. I don't know if there is something wrong with the receiver or the motor. Please Help.
