I've got a used Panasonic DVD recorder DMR-E50, but did not come with the remote control.
How do I finalize my burned DVD without the remote control?

You cannot Mauro. However any other panny DVD remote will work (even the older remotes for E-80's E-85's and E-95's). Other wise you can buy one from Panasonic at their online store.
