i just got a samsung dvd-R120 recorder.
I recorded about 5 min of video that played back fine on the machine which recorded it, but my computer with a dvd-r drive cant read it.

I read another post about "finalizing" but i have no clue what that meant.

Any ideas?

It needs to be finalized. In the menus there will be a finalize option.
