I have a Goodman DVD recorder, and I tried today to record a program from TV. I put the disk in and pushed the door cosed. I then read the instructions and it said I shouldn't have pushed the door because the disk will not be recognised. When I tried to eject the disk, the machine ignored all attempts.

It says 'erase' on the digital display, but that is all.

Any suggestions?
