I'm looking for the best HDTV Projector with a Native Resolution of 1920 X 1080. I dont care about the price. Money is no object to me. The lumens must be between 800-1500. Any good ones out there? I know theres a few. |

"Sony Cineza VPL/HS-51. 1200 Lumens. 6000:1 max contrast ratio. I have one and it kicks major butt. BTW, only around $3000." This projector does not project a native resolution as the poster requested. |

Money no object? The best picture I've yet seen was the Runco SC-1. Native array 1080x2048. $250,000 US. |

Some of you may have seen me elsewhere on this forum in the past 6-8 months...just realized there is a Front Projector section, and wanted to offer up a special to ecoustics.com forum members. The Sony VPLVW100 SXRD Digital Projector is by FAR the hottest projector out right now. Also called the Sony RUBY, this projector sells at most places for around $10,000. My company is currently selling the SONY VPLVW100 for $8000 delivered, and ecoustics.com members should email me for an additional special offer, and be sure to note you heard about this from the Ecoustics.com Forum. I own the sony RUBY and it is a phenomenal machine, it replaced an infocus 7200, well worth the 9 grand, msrp is 10,000 but I would go to a BM store over internet purchase. |

cineza,,not even close. qualia-not worth the money, as the ruby has had better reviews for MUCH less money. Runco is too loud, and the sony pic is better anyway. I shopped around quite a bit before the purchase of the ruby, its the best out there right now, unless you want to spend 60,000 or more. |
