My son recently broke the coax connector in our television in his haste to move it. It's a large screen TV, relatively new, with other input jacks that we don't utilize. Is it possible to hook up the combo DVD/VCR to the TV without using the TV's coaxial connection? |

Use RCA cables from the combo to the TV. Then you can use the tuner in the VHS. You'll need to set the TV on whatever input you used. |

Dave: That was really quite easy, and worked great. I thought I had a 32" boat anchor on my hands. Thanks for your help! |

It's better that way anyway, video is better and the audio from the VCR will be stereo, with coax it's mono. |
