i need a new tv bad, i have a 20" toshiba right now that needs a few more inches...but who doesnt. i have been looking around and found a 32" philips flatscreen at walmart that has good picture quality. what should i look for, i dont want to spend more than $600 and i do want something at least 32". HDTV is to expensive for me i think, what are your ideas?
