Hi,

I recently added a DVR and shortly after noticed that I am not getting picture (audio is fine) on either one of my HD811 receivers. If I turn the input for the TV to standard RCA outputs, I do get a picture. What could explain (what was unplugged or broke) component output going out in two receivers (don't think both boxes fault at the same time)??? I just want to be able to tell DishNetwork techs some theory as some are not that tech savvy
