Hey, new to this stuff.
I recently moved to Iowa from NY ("yeah, on purpose" lol) DTV told me that they just passed a law that prohibits me from getting out of state local channels. Could I set up an FTA system to get my NY feeds? CBSE, NBCE etc.
Thanks

if you have a out of state address (NY) that you can send the bill too you will automatically get NY locals. I moved to Delaware and get all the NY locals including MSG as part of the sports package

You can also set up an FTA system to get several locals that are not spot beamed such as UPN, FOX, PBS, ABC, NBC, CBS, etc.

I already setup my programming with DTV in Iowa. I do have an address in NY to send the bill. How do I go about changing my address with DTV? Do I need to unplug the phone line going to the receiver? Please advise.
Thanks alot
