Hello. I am a new member so please forgive me if this has been asked before.
I have just repaired our basic DVD recorder, burnt out PSU. I found inside the disk drive looks similar to the units in pc's and has the same connections so I was wondering it is possible to either replace the drive with a hard drive or even better fit the hard drive as a slave drive.
Or is this a stupid question.
It is a Mustek model so no expense spared.
