Thread: Controlling circular and linear LNBs together |

I've got 4 circular LNBs & 4 universal linear LNBs that I want to control with my Fortec Ultra. I have a 22khz switch and two 4x1 diseqs.
It seems that I must connect the linear (Universal) LNBs on the diseqc that is on the OFF output of the switch because my receiver's setup menu has no ON/OFF choice for universal lnb's. The Standard LNBs (circular) do have the ON/OFF option and I assume will work on either the OFF or ON side of the switch and for my situation I can put them on the ON side of the switch.
Is all of this correct? |
