NO audio no video, on scrambled channels on T5, when scan it finds the programs and the Qual & Sgnl is great but no Audio/video. I'm using Viewsat VS2000, please help.

REALLY NOT WORTH THE EFFORT TO ANSWER THIS BUT "SCRAMBLED CHANNELS" THAT SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST CLUE DUH!!!!

i have other receiver megasat and the channels on T5 work great, but no luck with Viewsat VS2000.
