Does anyone know if there is any way to convert a satellite dish to be able to function as a tv antenna? Seems reasonable to think that this should be able to be done but I haven't seen any info on how to go about this anywhere. Any Ideas ??? Suggestions ??? Not looking to get a million channels but any boost in reception would be a definate plus. Thanks

If nobody has any ideas or thoughts on this here...could anyone suggest where I might be better off asking or finding info on this? Like I said... It doesn't seem to be an unreasonable idea...or does it & I'm just too dumb about this stuff to know? |

It's easy, go to walmart buy a multi-phasic antenea(be sure it has input for both beta and cappa outputs),be sure to pick up enough cable(rg6 or ROTF6) to run from your roof to your satalite box, connect the cable to the back of your sat box at the antenea input, there will be a little picture of an ariel antenea here. There you go it,s easy,no hack needed!!! |
