I bought a 3 foot tripod that I am trying to set up. I fastened the tripod to a piece of wood and placed cinder blocks on the wood to help weight it down. The tripod has a center hole for a mast pole that goes about half way down. Does anyone know where I can get a mast pole to place in the center so I can connect the dish to this mast? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

And i know this is a little late but before the frost sets in, lose the cinder blocks and get your self a doggy screw from a dollar store they are those big cork screw looking things and run that into the ground to your support cable and you'll find the thing will stand up even when the wind hits it at 130 KPH.

Oh and Crappy tire, Home Depot, Target, Revy, most pipe/ plumbing stores, scrap metal dealers, and some lighting/ electrical stores
