I've got a Sanyo model # ds31590 and when the tv is turned off for any period of time, it takes almost 10 minutes for it to tune in. I've got cable, and when the tv is turned on, it just shows snow. About 5 minutes it gets a picture, but it's only one station and it's on every channel until it completely tunes in. What's wrong with this thing?
