Why won't my Epson projector play video?
I have connected my HP notebook to the projector with the external moniter cable and, so far, everything, including the desktop, movie player interface, and still images carry through. But the video is just displayed as a black surface. Why is this? I also tried with an S-video cable, and same result. What should I do to stream video through the projector? |

You may have to change the settings to make the secondary output your main monitor, I have had this problem doing presentations at school. If you right click your desktop, hit properties, select the settings tab, click the advanced button, you can choose primary and secondary monitor somewhere in there (depends on your video controller). Try switching them. |
