Hello,

I have a SIMA CT1. I've used it from VCR to a DVD Recorder and some movies transfer great, but a few transfer and the picture flutters.

Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, I had the same problem. I solved it by purchasing a new VCR with TBC. They're not cheap, but I have over 250 movies on tape that I want to convert to DVD for archival purposes, so I decided the investment would be worth it.
