I've been having a lot of problems with this unit, most recently it will start up, but I can't access anything once it's on. The TVGuide screen won't come up, the direct nav doesn't work, the dvd drive won't open, etc. I have to hold the power button down on the unit for 10 seconds to shut it off, and I can't get it to reset by pressing the channel up/down buttons. I called Panasonic this morning, and they told me I have to send it in, but the nearest retailer is over 100 miles away. Is there anything else I can try? TIA |
