I am converting my old VHS tapes (many with CC) to DVD using PowerProducer for burning and Xpert DVD Maker USB as the conduit between the VHS and the computer. I'm not getting the CC. Have I lost it in the transfer and if so, any help? I'm lost w/o it :-( Please email me directly if possible.

Try burning with DVD Decrypter, Power Producer sucks.
