how can i get my receiver to recognise other cadrs
it came with a p5 and i want to use p4 hoe do you reset the receiver. every time it keeps telling me you inserted the wrong card can anyone please help me

call dtv or go to card swap in the reciever menu and follow prompts

i need to reset it completely not unplug for 15 sec the plug back in
