I cannot find the link for this forum, so I will post it new. I was very skeptical about this unit after I bought it, there was so much bad feedback. When I finally used it, I did run into the same problems everyone else had, so I called their tech support. They have a software upgrade they will mail that fixes (apparently) everything. Call 800-605-8453 and you'll need your model number |

I have the same DVD recorder and my problem is protected DVD. How can I record DVD to DVD? I get "copyright protected" message all the time |
