Help! Cannot pick up 13 transponders on echostar 7. Have good signal strength and quality... Mainly concerned about transponder 17 with all the local channels.I can get transponders 16 & 18 but can't get 17 at all. Transponder 17 is 12.457 is frequency, Dual LNB. I am using DiSEqC.

Hi , any available software for Latin channels (Dish 500) (i.e. TVN from Chile), is it the same as for american channels software? if not, where can i get it?
