The picture on my rear-projection set cut out and all that remains is a noise coming from the set that sounds like a record after the needle is off the groove at the end of the album (for those who still remember records). My guess is the picture tube but I no longer get any sound and the set itself sounds like it wants to be "reset" or something. Any troubleshooting tips? I know nothing and would love any input before the tech comes out and hits me with bad news. Thanks.
