Just got one of these and it is exceptional. Except for several significant errors in the instruction book, all went well, EXCEPT:
When I hook up the HD "Tivo" to my RCA 62inch HDTV using the (preferred) HDMI cable with a HDMI-DVI adapter, I get a "flash" on the screen every few seconds. Had to resort to the less desirable composite connector. Any ideas on the source of this problem, and how to resolve? Neither Sony nor RCA knew how to fix this.
