I have a friend that is selling one of these at $1200...1 year old...and I'm thinking about picking it up. Is that a good deal? Is this a great TV? Will I be missing anything if I don't buy a newer model?

Thanks in advance for your assistance...I can't seem to find much information on this TV on the web anywhere.

I just picked up the Mitsubishi 55315 for $1049.99 on clearance at Sears.

UPDATE: I got a partial refund on the tv due to a slight TLC (The Learning Channel) burn in on bottom right hand corner. The tv was a floor model. I ended up paying $599.99. It's not real obvious but can be seen on light colored screens. I can live with it for a year for that price!
