A bright spot in the dark world of warranty repairs. My 50V500's light engine ($1100) failed 1 year and 1 month after purchase. Part on B.O. 'til October '05.
Circuit City gave me a brand new 50V710 as a direct replacement. Love the HDTV tuner. Very happy for now.
