I need to hook up a dvd/vcr combo to a non hd television via a digital cable box. The dvd part of the combo equipment has been hooked up for some time now, but I need to hook up the vcr part in order to tape something tonight. could someone please help me out? a diagram would be great, but I can do written instructions too!

Connect RCA cables from the cable box to the in on the recorder and set the recorder to line, look for an input button on the remote or go through the channels till you get to line.
