Hello, I was wondering if someone could tell me how I would record a show on tv onto a VHS?

I have a SLV-R100 Sony model VCR (yes I know... very old) and I've lost my manual so therefore, I don't actually know how to record a show (by atenna) on to a tape....

Any help would be greatly appericated :-)

Thank you!

Connect the antenna to the in on the VCR, if it's twin lead not coax you'll need an adapter. Then in the setup menus there will be a select for antenna/cable, set to antenna, then there will be an autoprogram for the channels. When you are ready to record, set the VCR on the channel you want and record.
