Is ther any way to take your standard cable wire and plug it into a projector without going through a cable box? For example, take my cable wire from my wall, plug it into so kind of wire converter which would convert the wire to an S-video wire? I know you can get a converter wire to go from s-video to rca plugs, but can you get a cable wire to go to s-video or rca or anything that i can just plug into my infocus X2? thanks

They sell Coax Type F (cable standard) to RCA video converters at Home Depot for $1.99 each. I just bought some last week.

But unless your projector has a tuner, you won't be able to switch channels without using a box somewhere.
