There is a product or process available apparently to restore VHS tapes. This info from a party in Belize. I have not been able to contact him yet but am trying. Apparently the mold is basically just on the edge of the tape surface and although some loss may occur after cleaning it is minimal. I would like to know more about this as there are many folks living in the tropics who face this problem.
