I just bought a refurbished Emerson VCR/DVD combo. Model # CEDV80DP. When I try to insert the tape, it won't go in and I get an error message on the display that says "ERR 3". Can any one tell me what's wrong? The company I bought this from won't exchange it unless I pay for shipping and they won't refund my money. I'm very angry at them.
