It's defective!..
It's the 2nd one I'm getting that has a problem.. the 1st one had smudges on the screen... errr

Your mini-blinds are open. Close them and the picture should look fine.

I would highly recommend returning it if you still can, I wouldn’t waste my time trying to get a new TV fixed since it’s new and should have worked right from the start! |
