First off I know ive got to call aservice tech in, but thought id ask around to see if anyone else had this issue or heard of it. My tv is about 2 years old and tonight it just shut off on its own. The power light now blinks 5 times in sucession and then stops for aobut 10 seconds. Then repeats. If I unplug it and hit power it will come on but the convergence looks to be out of wack. There is RGB overlay on teh sides of the picture and when i change the input the words vid1/vid2/etc are three difffernt colors. Agfter about 30 seconds of being on it shuts itself back off. Anyone see this before? TIA

looks like the hough voltage trasnformer blew and it also blew something calle da pin cushion or something like that. It shuts the tv off to save it from more damage.
