Can anyone help. My VCR is displaying EL 1 and the time, and nothing will un-freeze this. I was watching a video when accidentially pressed I-TIMER or another button near that on the remote control. Now it is useless. Does anuone know what has happened? I unplugged it over night and the clock is now 0:00, but the EL has remained!
