Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to replace the casing that encases the tube on the Wega TV. My movers dinged the top part . It looks melted.

Armand, are your movers bonded or insured? If so, file your damage claim and let them worry about what should be repaired, subject to your satisfaction of course. If not, check with an authorized Sony repair station.
