when i connect my null modem cable from the puter to the back of my unit and bring up my loading tools, i click auto-detect to determine which port i am plugged into but it just keeps rotating from com1 then com2 then com3 then starts that process all over again. another problem i am having is it says turn your unit on and connect the reciever but i have allready done that too. i have the null modem cable plugged in where i had my ISO loader at.i have gone into "my control panel" and had it check out my ports and the puter tells me that everything is working fine. i have rebooted my puter also. i am at the end of my rope and dont know what else to do. can anyone help?
