Hiya all, my 50" Tosh rear rpoj has been scrambling it's picture and getting prgressively scrathy audio for about 2 weeks. I have digital cable service and have had for a few years. I reset that box as instructed but it's still scrambling about every 10 seconds for a couple seconds. TV or cable problem? TV has no problems with other inputs-DVD etc. Thanks

Sounds like a cable box issue to me.
