Does anyone know of any NTSC descrambling software that works with a WinTV PVR 150. Or has anyone had any luck w/ descramblers on different TV tuner cards? I looked all over and couldn't get NTSCCD to work, nor Cable Decoder? (It seems it requires an Asus card? IDK.) Any help would be greatly appreciated!
