when you plug in the lnb where would you start i am pluged in on dave 101 and i scan for channels it does not find any thing.

DTV is a different format than DVB / FTA. For Dish and EchoVu you need to point at 110-119 and 91 respectivly. You will need the proper software for your receiver and the access code for Nagravision. Available at www.al7bar.tk it is free and there is some good info there as well.
To be able to view all of the FTA channels you will need a linear (Universal) LNB as well. Happy hunting Enjoy...
