I am using a HD/DVR and have connected to my Sammy 4663 using only a HDMI cable. If I have another TV on in the kitchen and they are both on the same channel there is an echo because the Sammy is delayed. Why is this and what can I do?? Thanks |

The processing of the signal through the cable box is the source of the delay. I assume that your kitchen TV is straight cable. You cannot eliminate this unless you put the kitchen on a box too. One solution is close the door. |

Exactly... There is nothing wrong. That's just how it is. |

My old Toshiba had a cable box and no delay, maybe it's the HDMI cable?? Any other thoughts? |

Post Reader, You have hi-jacked my old and quite controversial handle. It comes with baggage you may not want to deal with. Good luck! |
