I am feeding my HLP5685w DVI input from my SA4200HD digital cable box. Recently, the ZOOM1, ZOOM2 and PANORAMA options disappeared from the Picture Size list leaving only 4:3 or 16:9 aka 4:3 and WIDE. All 5 options should be active with a digital DVI input according to the manual. 2 options would be normal using the component input. Any idea on how to get all 5 options back when using DVI? |

You are likely tuned to an HD channel, try tuning to a non-HD channel and see if you now have control again.

Tried that and it did not work. However, I am going to try the component inputs again from the cable box. Maybe this function has been gone since I converted from component and just never noticed and the manual is wrong... |

Those modes are not available in DVI.
FYI, send 720P format signal via DVI to allow choice between Wide, 4:3, Expand and PC picture sizes.
1080I only allows Wide and 4:3. |
